Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal care products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.

However, if you receive a product that is:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Manufacturing defect found upon delivery

We will be happy to resolve the issue and provide appropriate assistance after verification.

To report any issue, please contact us within 7 day of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product.
